Her goal is to make compliance less overwhelming so health centers can complete a solid SRA, understand their risk, and get back to what matters most: patient care.

Mel is very passionate about privacy, security, and improving the healthcare experience for patients and healthcare teams alike. Through educational webinars, podcasts, informational content, and industry events, she collaborates with her team to make privacy, HIPAA compliance, and risk management a more human-friendly endeavor.
